Get Wet Thursday, July 31

Remember June when we wondered if it would ever get hot? We will take advantage of the heat this week at Farmer's Market. Dress to get wet because we will provide a space (outside, of course) to "liquidate" you. We still have a supply of get wet toys for in the yard or in the pool.

Game Night Thursday, July 24

This week for Farmer's Market we are digging out the demo games so you can try before you buy. We will highlight our most popular games for various age groups. Bananagrams is the newest hit game for the "literate" crowd. Hiss is the color matching game for ages 4 & up that's not too boring for us "big kids". We tend to carry games that no one has heard of, so we open one, and learn to play. That way we can help you choose the kind of game that meets your needs.

Play with PlayFoam Thurs. July 17th

This week during Farmer's Market you can get your hands on Play Foam; one of our more popular items. It is soft and moldable, colorful, and it doesn't dry out. We have had really positive customer feedback on this product over the last year.
The peaches are coming on, the weather is hot, and downtown is the fun place to be... see you Thursday!

Sunday Sidewalk Sale

Every year Benges Shoes has their big sidewalk sale the second Sunday in July. Every year I think, "we should do that too". Then I forget until I see the ad for the shoe sale.
SO, this year we will have a not advertised sidewalk sale on Sunday. If you come, it's because you saw it here (or you see it when you go to Benges on Sunday).
Since we closed the Montrose store, some of the sale items will be demo tables, games and toys, and other double stuff (not Oreos). We will be open our regular Sunday hours: 11 am to 3 pm.

June 10th Farmer's Market Activity

This week we will get our hands on "Crayon Rubbings", one of our favorite "Chicken Socks" books by Klutz Press. It's a cool indoor activity for kids of all ages. The hot weather is bringing on the produce. Come see downtown Grand Junction at it's best this Thursday from 5:00 to 8:30 pm.
